Skin repair solution with Fractional CO2 Laser 

Carbon dioxide lasers have long been recognized as the "gold standard" for the ablation industry, providing the best ratio between ablation and solidification (heating the tissue without evaporating it). With its remarkable characteristics of the ultra-short pulse (200um) and small spot (0.12mm), it can achieve fast and good processing results, but with few side effects and short recovery time. The system effectively treats and improves wrinkles, acne scars, sag scars, skin sagging, photo-aged skin including ultra-short pulse ablation configurations, minimal point score scar scan configurations, and surface evaporation fractional scan configurations.

Working guidelines:

The CO2 fractional laser produces light at a wavelength of 10,600 nm that is absorbed by the water in the tissue. The laser energy heats the water until it reaches the boiling point, causing the affected tissue to evaporate. Some of the heat is absorbed by the tissue adjacent to the target area of ​​the ablation, causing tissue coagulation, which causes hemostasis (stops bleeding) and thermal stimulation of the deep skin layer, which induces fibroblast stimulation and new collagen formation (formation of new collagen). The laser beam can also be transmitted through a scanner, which is a device for further controlling energy delivery. The scanner adjusts the configuration of the energy delivered to the skin, which may cover the entire treatment area or just a small portion thereof (to leave the treatment area between the untreated areas); (also known as fractional ablation). The overall effect of ablation and coagulation (in whole or in part) is to remove the skin and stimulate the body to replace it with newer, younger skin.
